The annual Polygon Collective Alderney Series, organised by the Guernsey Yacht Club and the Alderney Sailing Club, returns the August Bank holiday weekend with 3 races featured.
The races, which are open to more than 2,000 club members, starts with a pursuit race to Alderney scheduled for Saturday 26th followed by a barbeque in the evening at the Alderney Sailing Club and a return race to Guernsey on Monday 28th August. The series also coincides with the Alderney Regatta and the second race in the series will take the form of a round Alderney race on Sunday 27th August.
The weekend is kindly sponsored by the Collective providing a complimentary buffet and refreshments for all participants at the prizegiving on the Monday evening at the Guernsey Yacht Club from 18.30.
