Nick Heys has joined the Polygon Group Board after having recently retired as the Chairman of Artex (International) and a member of the Artex Risk Solutions Inc. Executive Management Team.
As International CEO from 2008 to 2023 Nick led the business by organic revenue growth and acquisition from $15m to a $45m fee base business and has extensive experience including the development of Artex’s Gibraltar based motor portfolio. Nick remains an NED on a number of Captive Insurers including a number belonging to Fortune 100 companies.
Nick will provide support and guidance for the Polygon Group Board with a particular focus on insurance opportunities.
